Returns & Exchanges
Please Read Our Policies Carefully Before Purchasing
At LowKure, we aim to create intentional products that hold value and purpose.
To maintain this care and quality, we kindly ask that customers purchase mindfully.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
1. Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
2. Item is returned in its original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase is provided.
4. Customer covers return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds except in cases of damage or error.
LowKure reserves the right to reject any returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused in transit.

How to Request a Return:
- Contact us using the form below.
- Include:
- Your order number.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Clear photos of BOTH the item with tags and packaging, as well as, any damage or issue (if applicable).
We will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Photos showing the damage and packaging condition.
- Your order number.
