Food Support Resources for Tough Times
Times are difficult—I hear you, and I see you. Asking for help can be hard, which is why this page exists: to provide a safe and private starting point for those navigating challenging periods.
Here, you'll find resources to support you through tough times related to food and assistance with your current financial situation. While the current resources are Calgary-focused, there are plans to expand these resources and include more options in the future. Remember, you're not alone, and help is available when you need it.
